He enhance his knowledge of the distress market by completed the National Association of REALTORS^® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification. This education added greater depth of knowledge to this complex market segment which helps set him apart further in this field.

Finally, Chris has received also the National Association of REALTORS^® Military Relocation Professional Certification. This certification has provided him with an education on the real estate needs of those who are or have been in the military. Chris enjoys being able to help those who have helped our Country by providing his skills and services.

Prior to joining Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, Chris worked at the shore doing summer rentals where he learned about investment properties and property management before deciding to go into residential sales. He also worked at the Delaware Economic Development Office in Dover prior to his real estate career. His earlier days in Delaware consisted of acquiring a Bachelors degree in Finance, a Bachelors of Science in Economics, and a Masters of Arts degree in Economics. All three of his degrees were earned from the University of Delaware.
